Be a decent gardener. Don't post anything illegal or harmful. Your content is yours, but you're giving us permission to display it on ListSeed. We can suspend or ban accounts that break the Community Guidelines. ListSeed is provided as-is, with no guarantees — use it at your own discretion.
By creating an account or using ListSeed, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Use a real email address — it's how we verify your account and how you'd recover access if needed. One account per person; don't create multiple accounts to evade moderation or manipulate growth points, votes, or rarity outcomes.
You retain ownership of everything you post — seeds, branches, comments, your bio, anything you create on ListSeed. By posting, you grant ListSeed a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of operating the platform (for example, showing your seed on the homepage, in search results, or in social media link previews). This license ends if you delete the content, except where a copy may briefly persist for moderation purposes (see our Privacy Policy on data retention).
You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything that violates the Community Guidelines.
The Community Guidelines explain in detail what's expected — water, wilt, branch, burn, and pesticide all have specific meanings, and misuse of any of them is a violation of these Terms. In short: don't post illegal content, don't harass other users, don't spam, and don't try to manipulate the platform's mechanics (growth points, votes, Seed Forest rarity, supporter status) through fake accounts, bots, or coordinated abuse.
We use a combination of community flagging (burn and pesticide) and admin review to enforce these terms and the Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content, mute, suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, at our discretion. Moderation decisions are made in good faith but are not guaranteed to be perfect — if you believe a decision was made in error, you're welcome to reach out, but we're not obligated to reverse any specific action.
Supporter status can be earned for free by growing a seed to Tree status, or obtained through a voluntary tip via Ko-fi. Ko-fi tips are not purchases and don't guarantee any specific service level — see the Supporters page for full details. Supporter status is granted as a thank-you and may be adjusted, paused, or revoked if an account is banned for violating these terms or the Community Guidelines. We don't process or store payment information directly; all payment handling is done by Ko-fi under their own terms.
ListSeed is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the platform evolves.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListSeed and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to your account, or content posted by other users.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ListSeed at any time, including features, growth mechanics, or supporter benefits. We'll try to communicate meaningful changes through the platform itself (for example, a seed in the changelog) where practical.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ListSeed after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
